I am going to give you a few simple lessons on how to make a Web Page. I must
warn you though, this is for "all wet behinda ears" Newbies. If you are at all
experienced at this sort of thing, you will probably find this tutorial a bit of a
yawner.
You will be happy to learn that it
is really pretty simple. The
basic idea is this... A web page is nothing more than a file, a HTML file to be
exact. It is called HTML because web page documents have the file extension
.html or .htm. HTML stands for Hyper Text Mark-up
Language.
Let
us get started. First, if you have any of them fancy
HTML editors and have an inkling to break em in now... forget it. The worst way
to learn is to use one of those things. (Although there are a few that you will
find helpful, they will only help you once you learn the basics, so donot even
worry about it now.) What is the best way to learn HTML?? Notepad.

PHP is a web programming course , This course will help you understand the core and programming of PHP in order to create a dynamic website .. Dynamic websites are distinguished from static website in a way that user actions create pages without the programmer or developer Interference .. So if a user signs up on your site for example , the PHP code will create a specific page for his data and his account without the need of the programmer being involved at the time of registration .Another example is when a user in a community or a forum posts a new thread , the page for that thread will be created dynamically without any one being involved rather than the PHP code and the database which is mainly MYSQL in the case of PHP hosts
